A First Look Inside – What Our Platform Can Already Do
Our platform is taking shape — and already supports no-code biomedical data analysis using interactive demo datasets. In this article, we walk you through current features, from guided question workflows to high-quality visualizations.
From Showcase Projects to Guided Analysis: What You Can Already Do on the Platform
Big data is only useful when you can make sense of it.
That’s why we’re building a platform that helps researchers not just manage their biomedical data — but extract meaningful insights from it.
As development progresses, we’re gradually opening access to selected users. In this article, we offer a closer look at the platform’s current functionality — based on interactive demo datasets designed to showcase what’s already possible.
Explore Showcase Projects (Demo Mode)
At the current stage, the platform includes a series of curated datasets that demonstrate key capabilities across different areas of biomedical research — including oncology, immunology, and disease remission studies.
Each dataset comes with:
A concise project summary and study context
Information on input files (e.g., RNA-seq count data and metadata)
Preconfigured starting points for interactive analysis
These datasets allow users to explore the full analysis workflow — even before custom data uploads become available.
A Guided, No-Code Analysis Flow
Once a dataset is selected, users can begin a new analysis by selecting or formulating a biological question. Examples include:
What is the overall quality of the dataset?
Which genes are differentially expressed between two conditions?
The platform then guides the user through a structured workflow, prompting only for relevant experimental parameters (e.g., condition labels, batch information). All statistical modules are pre-integrated and require no coding knowledge.
Visual Results with Context
Each analysis returns a series of tailored visualizations — designed to provide interpretable answers, not just raw outputs. Among others, the platform supports:
Volcano plots for differential gene expression
Quality control metrics via PCA or UMAP
Interactive visualizations with zoom and hover features
Downloadable image files in high resolution
The results are always linked to the specific research question — ensuring biological relevance and interpretability.
Current and Upcoming Features
The platform currently supports bulk RNA sequencing datasets. Upcoming releases will include support for single-cell RNA-seq, with further omics modalities to follow.
At this point, all data exploration is based on internal showcase projects. The ability to upload and analyze user-generated datasets is planned for a later stage of development.
